Service and contact
Soban Atelier is operated by Tanzi International Corporation (BVI company number 2191610), the seller contracting directly with customers. Registered office: OMC Chambers, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The company sells digital recipes, kitchen drawings and operations guides directly; independent third-party sellers cannot list or sell products here. The company sells content produced in-house. Contact help@tanzicorp.com or Support; replies to Support requests are available in My library.
Products and prices
The product page states the included files, formats and price in USD. Operations guide packs cost $300–$1,000, with individual prices shown on their pages. Purchases are one-time digital purchases with no physical shipping or subscription.
Ordering and delivery
Sign in and agree to the purchase terms at checkout. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted page; Soban Atelier does not store card numbers or security codes. Confirmed payment grants downloads in My library. If payment is delayed or unsuccessful, check the order and contact support before paying again.
Download period and repeat purchases
Each purchase allows one download within 14 days of payment. Once downloaded, it cannot be downloaded again, even within those 14 days. You cannot buy the same item again during that period. Downloaded and undownloaded items automatically disappear from My library 14 days after payment; download access expires and you may purchase again. Save and keep your files. If saving fails, contact Support with your order number. The license for saved files remains in effect. Order, payment and download records are retained for settlement and support.
Content creation and copyright
The digital content provided and sold through Soban Atelier, including recipe documents, kitchen drawings and images, and operations guides and templates, is produced in-house by Tanzi International Corporation (the Company). The economic rights in copyright in that content belong to the Company to the extent protected by applicable law. Rights in third-party components used on the site, including software and fonts, remain with their respective rights holders and are subject to their applicable terms.
License
Purchasers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt purchased files for personal review, their own business operations and internal training. Internal copying and provision for internal use reasonably necessary for these permitted purposes are allowed. Purchase or download does not transfer copyright. Any express product-specific license governs the scope it addresses, and any separately identified third-party license terms also apply.
Unauthorized copying, distribution and sharing
Unless the Company gives prior written consent or applicable law permits, you must not copy, distribute, publicly post, transmit, resell or provide to third parties all or any part of the original or modified content beyond the license granted above. File sharing outside permitted internal use, and sharing accounts, download links or access rights with third parties, are prohibited. Subject to the same exceptions, you must not remove copyright notices or represent another person's work as your own.
Statutory exceptions and rights
These provisions do not restrict copyright limitations or exceptions permitted by applicable law, including lawful quotation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited. No copyright monopoly is claimed over facts, ingredient lists, ideas or cooking methods themselves.
Drawings and operating materials
Public previews are reduced and obscured to protect the originals. Purchased formats and file counts follow the product list. Image-only sets do not contain editable CAD. Check dimensions, utilities and manufacturer requirements for the actual site. Recipes and operating templates do not replace site-specific validation and working procedures.
Accounts and referrals
Sign in with your email address and password. Initial registration requires an active code assigned by your marketing partner. The code is stored once; subsequent email sign-ins require only email and password. The saved referral cannot be freely reassigned. Keep your account and downloads private. Partner access follows the privacy notice.
Refunds and changes
Refund requests follow the refund policy. Confirmed file errors, incorrect delivery or duplicate charges are resolved through replacement or refund. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted. Updates are announced with their effective date.
